First off, my apologies if this has already been answered somewhere else(feel free to yell at me if it has), but does anyone know of FO3 will ship will an editor like Oblivion did? Yet, it's Bethesda and they're using a tweaked version of the Oblivion engine, so it seems like a no branner, but I've not seen any comfirmation that it will, with certainty ship with an editor, and given the news we've gotten so far, I don't want to get my hopes up too far.
But it'd be nice to know that, when the game comes out, I could easily erase/nerf the Fat Man and all it's pissant "nuke gernades".
