Wonderous E-bay Items

Gee, I can't imagine how they might track the individual speeding on the highway at 187 miles per hour.

"Why officer, it was a white Toyota sprouting 2 rocket nozzles!"

10 to 1 the guy hit a bump, goes flying, and plants it into a building. Assuming, of course, the thing actually works and isn't the duct tape wonder Ratty referred to.

The NMX04-1A Prototype is only going up for sale to boost funding for the next phase of our research and development wherein we will build additional prototypes, possibly for Arena Fighting.

It was not my original intention to sell the NMX04-1A and it only comes to this due to lack of time and the difficulties in obtaining investment.

I don't understand WHY an investor won't take him seriously...

Technically, it could be real, but probably not. Jet cars are pretty amazing, I'm actually going to Raceway Park tomorrow night to see some run. Of course, they are built on rails, not out of cars.

Can't see much utility in the car unless you plan to slam into a wall at 180 miles per hour.

But the robot- cool.

I say lets do the rock'em sock'em robots for real. Every kid should have one. Get it for you kid to bring to school for show and tell.

Ebay- a great for the inventor who wants to clean out a garage, or whose wife is threatening him to "sell that piece of shit already!"

More wonders?

I once saw a sale for asian slaves which said "remember, they're not as good as blacks so don't bid too much!" Sigh, I had found a site that had a collection of all sorts of strange ebay sales but i can't find it anymore.

Try googleing "Strange Ebay Sales"

Im too lazy to do it myself

and by lazy I mean busy

And by busy I mean im too drunk to care

The Jet car is 99% most likely the real thing. I once owned an MR2 for about 2 days when my ladyfriend was going to give it to me as a restoration project. The results of this was that I did a massive amount of research into the little buggers, and found lots and lots of interesting information about them. This is not the only Jet-powered MR2 I've ever seen, although the other one was based on the MKI (Which is what I "had"... I never owned it while it ran LOL) They are popular for modifications because of the trunk behind the mid-mount engine, which can be cut out to make a proportionately huge engine compartment. I've seen them with GM 3800 MKII 6cyl. motors in them, and one with a Cadillac Northstar V8.

The story behind "mine" (It's still hers) was that it needed a new fuel pump and some other work, and she didn't have the time or money to have it done, but I had the time and could acquire the money, so she'd give it to me because she knew it would be loved. Well I went to inspect it and we would do the paperwork, and I figured I'd see if it started, just to see, and it almost did, so we looked and it turned out to be just a fuel filter, which I fixed on the spot and left the car with her 'cause she both loves and needed it.
