World Map Suggestions For F3

For the world map of any new Fallout Games the maker should get an old Russian General ask him were He would fire nuclear weapons on the west coast (if you are using the west coast) and use those places as points to see what towns and cities would survive. With this you could get a few new places on the world map with those of the old fallout.

(this is said on multiple occasions, even in the FO2 intro...)
 
That's a big jump, from "Complete Unknown" to "Highly Probable." It was the Chinese, as mentioned more than once.

i say it's never confirmed ingame but i find it highly probable


if you say it's mentioned more than once, gimme an ingame example then ... (without being speculation )
 
but they would probably fire the nukes the same places anyway, so who cares? :roll:
 
The Chines aren't mad at us right now, but the Russans were mad at us at one time. That is why I used them. The Millatary Depo has a referince to Chines Nuking us.
 
Any hopes of fighting the Russians in World War 3 won't happen, namely because they are poor. Unless the Soviet Union Rises from the Ashes, America is more likely to fight the Chinese. Since the Chinese are a major super power and are slowly if not effectively gathering strength.

But World War III will happen with the Russians only on Computer games and fictional novels.

Oddly enough, didn't the US and Russian comes hair's length of Nuclear armageddon?

i never said there wasnt a war between china and the us dude (i did read all the background info in the game you know :roll: and the FO bible)

in your quote it is only said that the war is pushing back the chinese (which might lead em to making the rash choice of use of nuclear ordenance)

the only thing i said was that it's pretty much unknown who started the whole thing and started lauching nukes (be it the US or the chinese that started it)

i tend to think that one country fired and the whole world just followed in their wake
(for instance: US launches first, china panics and launches, russia sees US nukes coming in more or less their direction so they launch too, and so on... so it's not unthinkable that many of the nukes that hit the US werent even chinese)

on top of the evidence that china fired first there also is quite some evidence it were the americans that shot first. for instance: Capt Roger Maxson declares himself in full desertion of the army and just killed all high ranking scientist of an important research facility. yet the army does not respond and does not take action. (3 days later the bombs fall) so you can assume the US chiefs of staff knew what was coming (and did not intervene because it would not matter anyway), and maybe, just maybe they knew it because they were planning to launch themselves...
 
but the war only lasted for two breef hours, so who cares *who* launched them, everybody did, just not the same places :roll:
 
Who cares who lonches them first the targets are likey to be the same, and i would not be suprised if some places got dubbled nuked.
 
Heh, it's funny that you mention "lonched" when the nukes were dropped from the sky. No, not from the "orbital station", either.
 
Hey, nuclear war == missiles and USA vs sovietskies
God forbid it's bombers and China vs United States.
