Would like to jump-start a Fallout Tactics MP community.

i was one of the last members to join sotp and the last member to continue wearing the tag. it's cool you remember sotp, i don't have any memories of any clan or person from that time really. the old leader, entrappedmind is the only person i can really remember somewhat of a personality. they were good times though, lots of cool people.

i do remember 10k taking over and shit getting bad fast. would wait for forever just to get a 2k game going.

if i could get a pm or something i'd very much like to get back into the swing of things. i live on the west coast and i work graveyards so i'm available pretty much 12am - 5am at work.

last time i played fot i got very overwhelmed, i remembered nothing at all on how to play it. i was, around when i quit, one of the best players i knew on gsa. that could have been my own dumb teenager mind telling me that thoguh, but i don't recall losing very often.

Just to clear up - you mean you're available at a time OTHER than 12 am - 5 am? You said you work graveyard shifts so I wasn't sure. I am EST, so that is a pretty convenient time zone for me.

I have a lot of free time and the internet at work, so I am free 12am-5am PST monday-thursday, and friday-sat I'm pretty open but it's random times

Also I tried to play single player with the no-save mode thing enabled. It crashed within 30 minutes and I've since lost all interest in single player. So if I ever get a multi game going I will likely be very very bad.

We're gonna have to do this on weekends. That is 3 AM - 8 AM my time (EST). Definitely doesn't work for me.

I am going to be starting a new job soon so weekdays will be out by weekends are the best time and weeknights are doable as well in general (though you might not be on). I use gameranger.

I will have this weekend mostly open. My name on gameranger is abt. (Are usernames unique or does it go by email?) I'll try to make a squad but honestly it's going to be god awful. I'll try making a 2k and 1k squad. Still haven't gotten any practice in.

Usernames are unique, no need for e-mail. In fact multiple people can have the same username. It's not that developed of a game search engine, very basic. Just to remind you I'm EST time, another one of us is mountain time, can't remember the others...there are a couple folks in Polish timezone that lurk around GR every once in awhile too.

I think these things are mutually exclusive.
Trying to find the right person by only their username can be quite difficult if there are multiple users with the same username, so it might be a good idea to plan to meet in a game lobby and add each other from there or to give more specific details so that you can be sure you've found the right player.

Sorry about the confusion. What I meant was he could design his own, not just have to use his e-mail.
