WoW Funeral Raid

I say, it's fuckin' hilarious!

And the "griefers" have no right whatsomever to complain - they could held their "funeral" at a PvE server, or in a secluded, hardly accesible etc. place of on the PvP area.

But hey, if they were at antipathy with the other guild AND held their "ceremony" in such an open, public, Battleground place on a PvP server, then they got their asses capped rightfully.

Ahh, best Mafia traditions... crashing funerals...

I have to agree with Grizzly on this one. Right now one of my friends is playing this game, Lineage2, similar to WoW and on the server he is on (not PvP dedicated or anything) there are two major alliances that clash at least once a day. If you are alone and you meet a party from the other alliance you had batter run like hell. So the funeral crashing was to be expected... besides, it's only a game...

I thought the music cues were kind of funny.

It's certainly no LEEEEEEEEEEEEROY!!!

What do you thing guys, who is more f****d?

people who are raiding a in-game funeral, or those who actually make an in-game funeral? ;p

At first I would call it a draw ;p, but after rethinking the situation, the second group takes over the lead...

MMORPG's are fun... but they turn your brain into shit and the people in the guild who made the in-game funeral are a great example of it...

Correct me if i'm wrong but, an in game funeral is a for a member of a guild or group that has died in real life?

If that's the case then i don't see the problem with an in game funeral.

If the group only knew whoever it was through the game then it seems fitting to say goodbye in game. If someone died on a forum or news group i was involved in, i would pay my respects within that community.

On the other hand if its just for a random character that suffered perma death, then yeah that's a tad excessive.

I don't play MMORPG's so anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.

Cheers
Sven

I'll tell you what's wrong. Making your second post after almost 3 years. What kind of behavior is that?

 , Well my first post was not well recieved, i attempted to defend Fallout Tactics. At the time it was rather akin to sticking your head out of the trenches to see if the sniper is still there.

Took me a while to remember my password, hell, even took me a while to remember my username.

I've lurked on the forums from time to time, in between a degree and getting engaged. Though now fallout three is a reality as opposed to a pipedream i felt the urge to stick my head over the parapet again. :)

Cheers

Well it's good to have you back Sven. Most likely, you were blasted by Rosh after your first post and he's gone missing so you'll probably be safe to come back now :).

On topic.. well, i've got nothing. Except the leader of Golden Eye Source committed suicide. Damn shame.
