Your least favorite FO3 quest.

The Superhuman Gambit.

Simultaneously Fallout 3 expects us to believe that it's of dire importance to get people clean water so they won't die of hunger and thirst, yet this task as so inessential that the primary problem affecting the largest trading hub in the area is two idiots cosplaying. Not raiders, super mutants, internal strife, nearby deathclaws, hunger, or thirst but the town mechanic who has lost his mind yet can maintain an army of robots that would be sufficient to conquer a good quarter of the Capital Wasteland, and some lady who has gained the ability to control ants through the power of "being an orphan." This last bit is something, for what it's worth, that the Capital Wasteland's lone "ant scientist" can't seem to manage.

It is even more asinine than Little Lamplight somehow.

For those who didn't like the whole game i think there is a thread called "Your most hated quest", but i can't find it. Was it vatted ? Should we re-open it ?
Least favourite quest implie that other quests are liked, which makes quite unconfortable...

I played the game 6 years ago, so the only thing i remember is moira quests and that idiotic atomic bomb quest. Since i still remember them, they must be terrible.

You can have a ranked list of bad quests and good ones. I dislike New Vegas on the whole, but there were still some well written characters and factions I liked. I thought the setting and main quest was shit, but that doesn't mean there aren't good and bad parts. For example, I think the slave quest where you go into the museum of history and fight feral ghouls was a waste, but Oasis and Blood Ties were good quests. Or not including Talon Company or warlords in as quests was a waste of potential.

I think "the Wasteland Survival Guide" is basically a good quest. It's a better tutorial than the tutorial at least.

The kid with the ants. And while the entire main quest was terrible, I think that the part where you first encounter Sarah Lyons and later when you go to install the whatever on top of the memorial deserves special mention. Along with Little Lamplight. I never thought someone would actually pay homage to the absolute worst of the Mad Max movies which never deserved to be called that in the first place (haven't seen the latest one, but it can't be that bad).

Watch it. It's pretty damn good. Any post apocalyptic fanatic should watch it.

Best movie of the year, no doubt.

My least favorite quest... probably the Nuka Cola challenge. It's a glorified fetch quest with a little fake choice between more caps or the recipes the girl gives you to give us the illusion of choice or variation in the quest. For all intents and purposes it could be an unmarked quest just like the one that leads us to Girdershade.
