I'm planning on writing some fan fiction about a torture and interrogation of a soldiers belonging to a major faction who's been captured. I'm not sure what combination to use.

NCR Ranger tortured by Legion.

Enclave Trooper tortured by NCR.

NCR Ranger tortured by Enclave.

NCR Ranger tortured by BoS.

BoS tortured by Legion

BoS tortured by Legion because both factions are in the region and it would be nice to see if the Paladin (or whomever) would reveal thier secrets before accepting death.

Problem with that is I see a very limited dialouge, the whole thing would be about tech, the brotherhoods love of it, and the legions contept for it. Also I always got the sense that the Brotherhood at least in the West are one of the most braindead factions, hopelessly indoctrinated without the ability to reason.

My first thought was a Ranger tortured by Vulpes, it would doughtlessly lead to a discussion about individual rights, sacredness of life, and the meaning of life(individual happieness vs duty).

Second was my idea of a captured Enclave member. This would lead to an arguement over whether the NCR would actually work, and on who is the succesor to the US gov.

Brotherhood tortured by NCR could also be good. It would be a discussion of elitism, on if tech should be preserved, or given equally to the people of the wasteland.
