Judging by the success of such a thread on another forum (not to mention some delicious eye candy), I'm opening this thread, inviting contributions.

Please state the source so that there won't be a problem identifying the game, should it it tickle someone's fancy.

I'll kick it off with my favourite, most haunting scene from System Shock 2:

A modded Fallout 3 pic. Was going to post something els but then i needed 3-4 pictures for it to make sense :evil:
 
That looks damn good. Then again, the art style was a high point in Fallout 3.

If you need three or four pictures, I assume you mean it's too big to fit in a single shot. Why not use the Microsoft ICE? I've been using it for really high resolution, wide lens shots of my games.

IIRC, the later ones were about American subs and for some reason I only really want to play German ones. I have no idea why.

German war machines are too awesome.. Not fun playing on easy ;) !
 
I really wanted to play SH5 before it was released. Then it was released.... and according to pretty much every review it apparently is a huge pile of shit.
 
@Jebus SH5 is Germans. SH4 was the only SH title to use American subs.

The things that have been done to SH5 by the modders.... it's incredible. So many things people initially thought would be impossible have been realized. The game is amazing. You need to get the DVD version, not the one off Steam, in order to do a few minor but very necessary tweaks. (to the .exe) Last time I heard, the DVD was $5.00 on amazon.

Unfortunately, downloading mods is a major pain. The site where you get them needs donations to download everything in one go, otherwise you are limited to X number of downloads/day.

Google "Subsim" forums and check out the SH5 mod threads. There are a few "mega" mods, but you still have to download everything seperately. Thankfully there are some members that are extremely helpful in this area. (Sober is one) It's a great community.
