    Even Gun Runner's Arsenal is pretty neat, the best "weapon pack" DLC I've ever seen myself. Not like that's saying much.

    Couple of the Payday 2 weapon packs are pretty good, but yeah GRA is one of the best- the anti-material rifle has to be the best gun in NV.

    Running and swimming speed increases with the athletics skill. If you run everywhere the athletics skill will increase passively by itself, so after a few levels your character will be faster than it was at the start.
    A different note, acrobatics increase the jump height.
