Update, I extracted the file using Z-7 to the core file for my game.....it did not change anything. any pointers?

right on, the Vlad editor actually worked, I can view my save file and change the values I want, however it will not let me save changes. \SLOT03\SAVE.DAT.backup" error: No such file or directory do I need to create a file called backup in the fallout save file? this is the logged reason...
