Which town can I get better weapons such as rifles?

Weird bug, when I equip 10mm pistol, my character disappeares and if I try to move, then the game will crash. Edit: Same bug with the pistol using .44 rounds but no problem with one using 0.22 rounds which I had found in the Villa. This is happening in Garage City by the way.

There are lots of items untranstlated, some of them are obvious what they are but some not so much, it is hard to figure out which ones are worth keeping.

I am 100% sure I did not kill anybody in this town.

How about the folks in farmers town and miners town being hostile to me?

How can I adjust the screen resolution? There is no screen settings in the menu and no draw.ini in the game folder.

Dr. Karl in Farmer's Town asked for heart pills and I brought the pills to him but now he is just saying "please don't kill me" and not starting dialogue with me. Edit: Other locals are also calling me "the killer" but I have no idea who I killed in that town, only some geckos. Edit 2: Same...

I am really confused now, where is this location in NWO? I just found entrance, halls and backyard in NWO and none of these locations look like this, how do I enter here?

Mayor is Mark, probably Flint could be a caravan boss as you mentinoned, I'll try to find out caravan dates.

I am supposed to talk to Flint in NWO but I can't find him anywhere, does anybody know where I can find him?
