No Mutants Allowed

Got to level 3. Whacking at a critter with a machete or a Hatchet takes 3 hits to kill, but throwing a knife at it instantly kills it.
Built a camp, Oh sorry "C.A.M.P.", could only build a grill that had no use at all. 10/10 design.

Fought a Feral Ghoul that wasn't taking any damage, after a few seconds of whacking at this immortal migthy creature the game booted me out of the server, then non of the modes could connect to any world. 10/10 netcode.

But Todd says that the game is great now, people should return to it and be surprised by the change and bugs fixed... If it is still this bad, I can't even imagine how bad it was in the past.

Anyway, I commend your persistence about playing it for an hour. I was curious to know if they had fixed most bugs by now, but you just proved to me that they didn't at all.

It feels like dogshit to play. Fallout 4's combat isn't the best but at least it feels ecent to shot at things. FO76's combat just feels awful, the game skips frames all the time and the mudiness of the visuals obscure any combat feedback, also there is this weird ambiental effect, like a slight blur to everything, feels like I am looking through a lens covered in vaseline.

I can deal with lower fidelity graphics, I do it all the time, most games I play aren't high fidelity. What I can't handle is the feeling of having vaseilne in my eyes and for creatures and characters looking like blobs.

If camps get destroyed when you leave a server and you need to rebuild them every session.... what's even the point of them?

Your camp is supposed to save into a blueprint and able to placed elsewhere for free if someone else's camp conflicts with yours. I guess that's another "feature" since yours is being destroyed haha.
