Explain? He isn't rated that highly in my opinion, so perhaps we agree on the man even if we have a different perspective on how he's rated.

What did he get on Metacritic?

The way I see it, he spent all his time either imprisoned or crusading and never actually ran England. Kind of a... shit king. The people liked him, presumably because of his martial prowess, but I dunno. Other people balanced war and governance better in my opinion, such as Julius Caesar. Richard I just made war and never really governed.

I heard he had a super underrated guy to do it for him. Surely with such prowess in the family, he could just go away and win wars (or....not)
