The lack of police and national guard response seems to point to "shenanigans" going on. My guess is they have undercovers keeping the riot going. So that they can cash in for when the riots quiet down and roll in some justify some crazy shit.

There's a claim some police guy put on a mask and incited. But it's just a claim. Hearing now that 500 guardsmen are being mobilized; a precinct might explode, you know, the works. This may be the beginning of the end of it. None of the protesters can do much against disciplined troops, though it'll take more than 500.
