Altho I think I got a good strategy for them, the Quelaag Fury Sword was doing a lot of damage with high humanity, I should go farm humanity in the Abyss for a bit, maybe upgrade some of my high poise armor so I can resist more hits, I will try again on saturday.

There can be like 3-5+ kings depending on how much damage you deal. My first time I beat down three of them and that was it. I'm surprised they're that tough for you after beating Manus

My biggest issue is with their magic and the fact that their hitbox is so small compared to their character model. But I only tried beating them for the last 30 minutes of the session, while Manus took me a full hour and a half, and I got really close with just the Quelaag and 5 humanity so I might beat them fast next time.

Also last night I discovered I could've been playing at 60fps the whole time.

I checked out your YT channel and noticed you played Resonance of Fate. Since it's a Tri-Ace game I assume you've played Star Ocean, but if you haven't you'd probs like them. I can only speak for 3 though. 1 and 2 are supposed to be good as well I hear.

I haven't actually, Ressonance is my first gane of theirs. I might check that one out later, altho I have a whole backlog to go through.

Just smash them with the zweihander. smash everything with the zweihander.

I remember feeling super disorientated and sick during that boss and I never suffer from motion sickness. Made half the difficulty of that fight

Also as a bonus tip, keep swinging after one disappears as their hitbox/health goes away a few seconds after their visual disappears so you can get some extra damage in

If you wear full havel armor and stand next to them the fight becomes a joke.
