Do you think Ash was feeding Pikachu puberty blockers to keep him from evolving? I mean the amount of bullshit the little guy has gone through, he has definitely earned the evolution multiple times over. Now I'm not one to point the finger but that can cause the little guy some problems can't it. I mean that can't be healthy.
