Harold's piss is Bob's resin. It all flows inside. Pretty disgusting that the Oasis guys make you drink it when you go there first time.

I probably don't want to ask how FO1 and 2's lore have been mangled to be more in line with FO3 and 4's lore.

In the end, best to research it by yourself. Still it is quite active compared to most lore enthusiast place.

I think the best route with Fallout lore is to put all the lore in item descriptions and make all NPC's mute.

@TorontoReign That's exactly how it works in Souls series. Well except that not all NPC's are mute.
