The thing is, you should not drink proteein shakes, unless you make them your self, I for example use sometimes 1-2 bananas, quark and soy milk, but you can also use regular milk, throw it in a blender, maybe some penut butter or other fruits you like, and there you go.
Weight gainers, and supplements are shit. Overpriced garbage that you don't need. So I hope you're not buying a product here for the reason to get some proteein after exercises. Believe me, when I say this, I am doing a hell lot of sport, and you don't need this shit. Just good ol fashioned food. Nuts, bananas, fish, you name it. Best source of 'proteein' right there. And a lot cheaper too.
Also, I am using it as a food supplement, I barely have time to make my own lunch and I get to my house busted from work, specially right now in November where all the Express contracts come in. So I just need toreplace dinner and go to sleep.
Yeah, but you're not doing your body any favour with that stuff. Look at the package and ask your self if it is worth it. Why not look up for alternatives?
