Yeah, that was a thought that hit me when reading all the toxic comments in a Ecuador-Peru-conflict video: There's zero difference between those fuckin peoples! I've always said Latin America has a rather deep seated cultural problem, which is what keeps us underdeveloped. In Colombia for example everyone is of the "Someone else's problem" mentality. Gets kind of infuriating.
