One of the project leads keeps doing this and it both annoys and creeps me out. Nobody comments on it either it's weird.

Aspergers of some sort perhaps. Facial tic and Tourette's like symptoms aren't like you see on Jerry Springer all the time either. It's often a stress response I think.

Dude, leave aspies out of this. Sounds like text-book tourettes. Either way, tourettes is a *lot* more facial-sound-weird-ticky than aspergers...
