FOnline: 2238, Jumping into the 3d era

Huh I didn't figure the new engine could be appliable to the old Fallout! That'd be a whole new beginning, just thinking of how many gameplay hours Fallout has makes me happy. Excellent work, and I'll be seeing you all in the wasteland!

    What game was this?

Must be Morrowind with guns, they're probably around the Ashlands.

    What game was this?

^No clue. Also, Powerslave for the win! I guess I have a turn that I didn't used (90% sure) so here goes something easy to guess. I play it to this day :D

10/8 In soviet russia, grade rates YOU! Demon's Crest/Blazon was one of the best platformers ever and bests all Ghosts 'n Goblins games, which I barely played, but that's me :)

General Gaming Megathread: What are you playing?

A very cool game, shame I never got myself to finish it. Sometimes it isn't very obvious what's the next step to progress. I remember being stuck in a part where the dude entered a palace, and had to run from a small army of the orc-like dudes chasing him, I always got stuck behind two doors...

Harsh winter fucks up Swedish transportation

They do that here too. I myself become glad if they show up at all, it means the huge line of people to embark WILL effectively embark. But when they do they usually come in threes so I manage to find a place in. But they don't show up at least in 15 minutes of waiting.

That's Atlus' Shin Megami Tensei II / Digital Devil Story II. I have yet to finish it.

Harsh winter fucks up Swedish transportation

Certain global cities have crowded subways, but not cramped like here. You can't say we're closer to London than we are to Bombay when it comes to subway. And hell, I don't want them to take the subway as far as Cidade Tiradentes. That's not planning things correctly. That's just lumping...

Harsh winter fucks up Swedish transportation

The mornings are unbearable, that's no way to travel. You have to leave hours early to get a place inside the train before you're late, squeezed between the crowds. At least it's so in the Red line where I commute. And dude, they may be filled, but people have enough room to stand around. In...

    1950s Europe?

Countries which survived apocalypse in Europe could be difficult to find, but maybe city-states, cities which have survived but can't extend their sovereignty to other cities. Government in certain areas of Europe seems to be at a very local level, and I wouldn't doubt that Vault-Tec was...

I now know what's Amiga, so I'll give it 6/10.

Harsh winter fucks up Swedish transportation

Good to see always smug Sweden having some traffic problems too :D Makes me feel a little better about living in Brazil, though I think Heinz is a mite too optimistic. Winter has done nothing, since it's Summer here, and as it always is with tropical countries, it brings huge amounts of rain...

    a Post apocalyptic RTS

I played the Civ III mod and story-wise it's not very clear, as it takes factions from Fallout 1, Fallout 2 and Fallout tactics all together, and begins exactly in 2077, so you have the Unity, Vault 8, the Enclave, the Shi, Arroyo and the Brotherhood all with bases in the continental US exactly...

    Favourite Genre

To me cRPG genre will always be my favorite; not all cRPGs are great, but the few that are really outweigh all other genres for me. It usually yields decent RPGs to this day. It's closely followed by jRPGs, and some strategy/tactical RPGs together, which had their time, but their genre has...

    CIV V Announced!

I'm gonna third this, Alpha Centauri truly deserves at least a pretty decent remake. It is, after all, the chronological sequel of the Civ games, basically what happens after you win a Civ game expands into Alpha Centauri, so maybe that would be good material for a well-developed remake...

General Gaming Megathread: What are you playing?

I am replaying TES: Morrowind, in the hopes of yet finishing it unlike last time, so all is good and I can say I have many dozens of playing hours ahead of me. Friggin' big game.

    No DLC for FFXIII

As far as Final Fantasy goes, I liked the early ones, Final Fantasy IV, V and VI. I, II and III I didn't try (for long), even though there were some nice remakes. I played VII up to a point, but I didn't play it back on its day, I played it recently, so I don't know, I just got bored at Junon...

My Adventures In Tamriel or TVD Plays TES Consecutively

Heh, this thread makes me feel like installing the other two games. As far as TES goes, I played Morrowind only, and with a Bosmer Archer, so it has been quite pleasant: an agile build that can dispatch foes from afar makes for great exploration of mountains and thus, of Vvardenfell itself.

I have no clue on the before guesses, but to keep the game going here's 'nother one:

Fallout: The World At Large (OOC)
