Story this, narrative that. Face it, the only true way to play Fallout 3 is to keep using VATS since the game is a clusterfuck of RPG/FPS combination that, while you can argue about if it did it's narrative ,writing, quests right, it didn't do gameplay to stay in hold. Lack of ironsights...
