It seems the file was removed in r218. So your best bet would be to try version released before 2012-11-07 or to just install Visual studio and try to compile some earlier revision.

client+mapper.zip contains only binary exe files even the folder is named 'source'.

There is Fallout Savegame Editor for F1 and F2 which can be used to edit pretty much everything in the savegame and it's really user friendly.

Re: Fallout Tactics on Android You can buy tactics which doesn't require any cd from gog. BTW, winulator can actually run a couple of windows games on Android itself - no virtual machines required.

Or you could just buy it for 6$ from gog.com and get a lot of bonus material like soundtrack and fallout bible.

Or better yet: upload your sources with comments and latest changes to some version control repository (google code?). So that all the devs could get the code and send you the patches which you could review and apply if you like them. That's how open source projects work.

Surf Solar I just saw some of the pics you posted in moddb. Many of the pictures there look like paintings I would gladly put on my wall. Could you make some high resolution pictures like that? Especially loved "Preservation", "Snowy Wasteland" and... "Chopper in the woods" would look great...
