Remnant From the Ashes is a good game if you like soulsborne games. Maps and bosses are randomized for each play through, so its RNG if you're looking for a building a specific build. But you can re-roll your world if you're looking for specific items.

The Division games are kinda of post-apocalyptic. I say kinda of because it hasn't been a year since The Green poison wiped out 90% of the population, so I don't know if that is long enough to considered post-apocalyptic instead of just apocalyptic. There is Remnant form the Ashes.
