3rd-Party FIXT weapons/armor patch V0.1 September 15, 2013

One thing I am curious about is:

-Electric damage ignores all armor except for Combat/Brotherhood Armor (25%),
Power Armor (50%) and Tesla Armor (100%).

Isn't the only source of Electrical damage from Alien Blaster? As far as weapons the player will use.

EDIT: Okay, only Alien Blaster and Cattle Prod.

On the bright side, the Cattle Prod should have some kind of advantage over the Ripper and/or Power Fist.
