But keep in mind, a lot of this can and probably will change in the future when things get more ... serious. Like imagine someone making a logo with midjourney and then some big as company (Bethesda of course) coming in to ruin your party because 1 or 2 pixels in your logo look like their content. - Member how they sued Mojang for using "Scrolls" in a game of his or something? Yeah. That kind of stuff.
Really hard to say what will come out of all this in the future. But I don't think it will be a good for the "normal" schock. Simply because they don't have those unlimited laywer funds to throw around and battle it out in court gladiator style.

This license survives termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.
Your Rights
Subject to the above license, you own all Assets you create with the Services. This does not apply if you fall under the exceptions below.
Please note: Midjourney is an open community which allows others to use and remix your images and prompts whenever they are posted in a public setting. By default, your images are publically viewable and remixable. As described above, you grant Midjourney a license to allow this. If you purchase a private plan, you may bypass some of these public sharing defaults.
Exception 1: Non-Paid Members License Terms
If you are not a Paid Member, Midjourney grants you a license to the Assets under the Creative Commons Noncommercial 4.0 Attribution International License (the “Asset License”).

Exception 2: Corporate-User License Terms
If you are an employee or owner of a company with more than $1,000,000 USD a year in gross revenue, and you are using the Services to benefit your Employer or company you must purchase a corporate membership plan to use the Services or copy the Assets for your company.
Corporate membership plans involve an upfront, non-refundable deposit for up to 12 months of service.
Exception 3: Asset Privacy
If you are subject to a corporate license, or bought a privacy add-on to your subscription, we agree to make best efforts not to publish any Assets you make in any situation where “Private mode” is engaged in the Services.
Please be aware that any image you make in a shared or open space such as a Discord chatroom, is viewable by anyone in that chatroom, regardless of whether Private mode is engaged.

Sure but Prosper is not gonna make a million bucks either. It is just an idea worth considering for his work to save time.
If prosper is a true artist he just loves doing what he does and doesn't care about saving time - not saying he couldn't still use it to save time. To an artist the technical side of his work is just as fun like the end result. If not even more so.

Yeah well you go draw 200+ portraits for no reason when you can save dozens of hours of work. Saving time is the one thing you should attempt when doing such a product unless you want to burnout or just not finish what you start like so many people that try to do such things.

Last I checked the AI is still having issues making scenes make cents.

The fact it took me a second to see the hand is fucked kinda creeped me. AI would make great mimic horror images.
Well ok then. The next time something you deeply care about I will then also shit all over it and say "quit whining". Sometimes you really do not know what you actually say to people that do like you. Sometimes you're really just aggressive for no reason.
There is more than just one issue. Of which some are ethical (even if you personaly don't care which is ok), some technical (which I think you do not fully understand, but I am not blaming you) and some regarding the position of creatives and their income.
But at this point it feels like just repeating my self.
