Canon? I'm not saying it is canon but the RatKing is one example of something similar. Take the LEGENDARY BLOATFLY as one example of mutated animals larger than the rest.

Horses are not canon yet.

This Keeng Ra'at of Klamath Falls? the engine only permits him to have a size of a generic Molerat but maybe a size of pig but still not a size of horse. he might be bigger.
