Best/worst voice actor

First time out of the vault
Which character was voiced the best? I have to say, the overall VA quality in F4 is lacking compared to Witcher 3, much like the overall quality of the game. I've seen people criticise the male player voice and whatnot.

My best VA is Tinker Tom. Easily the best of the bunch, the guy seems like he's enjoying himself, and Tom's eccentric personality really shows in his voice. Too bad the face expressions were wooden as hell. The female player voice is good too, but suffers from a lack of distinct personality. Also, the speech check lines were just flat, as if the actor could not decide to be convincing or not. Blame the stupid dialogue system.

The worst is Preston. The guy's lines are delivered in the most boring manner possible. The way he said that line 'I am the last of the Minuteman...' I feel like I really don't give a damn. Plus, he also annoys us with his forced Radiant quests.

I'd have to say my favorite is Proctor Ingram, mostly since she is voiced by Kari Wahlgren. (A.K.A Fuu). Least favorite would be whoever does Mama Murphy or that other bitch from the Sanctuary group. Actually, probably the whole Sanctuary group. So annoying, worst choices for the characters you are supposed to connect with first.

My favorite is Glory, I like that raspy thing her VA has going on. Worst for me is a tie between Mamma Murphy and the entire Super Mutant population. Biggest surprise was Kimberly Brooks(Ashley from Mass Effect) as the female BOS voice.

My least favorite would have to be a tie between Preston Gravey and the the male Sole Survivor. They both just sounds so bland, dull and uninspiring especially the male Sole Survivor who just sounds so generic, boring and phoned in. They again generic and boring describes Fallout 4 in a nutshell.

I have to say strong, not because of bad voice acting itself, but the character. He´s just another besheda super mutant with a few more lines.

My least favorite would be both generic protagonist voices because they sound devoid of human emotion, well of course I could just say that about almost 100% of the voices of game. I can atleast find some comedy out of the shitty voice acting of the super mutants.

Asking anyone around here for a "Best Anything" that relates to Fallout 4 would yield mixed results, but I digress.

I think Stephen Russell does great as always with his roles. Gimmicky thousand unique names aside, I think Codsworth is the most emotive Mister Handy in the franchise, for what that's worth, and Nick Valentine jelled well with me. But I just can't get into everyone else.

Favorite, female protagonist.
Worst, Lynda Carter, wife of Robert A. Altman, Chairman and CEO of ZeniMax Media.
Additional roles of equal bad voice acting.
Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Can't act, overrated, favoritism, hate.

Well, at least they got one thing right, they have a ghoul singer in neighborhood.

Deacon had to be my favourite. Not only his voice acting, but just his character in general. He is the only character I would be happy to see appear in another Fallout game.

My least favourite would be X6-88. I know Coursers are supposed to act emotionless, but his voice just felt inconsistent and strangely paced in general. All of the Coursers, actually.

They should've tried to replicate the Terminator monotone voice, at least. What they sounded like here was condescending and passive-aggressive, which doesn't sound like what they were aiming for with Coursers.

And maybe to a lesser extent, I didn't like Father's voice acting all that much, either.

Beside obvious annoying choices I can't stand Shaun voice.

Fav, hmmm... Female protagonst I guess. I like the choice for Courtney, she was great in Mass Effect and she's main reason I accepted new dialogue options i F4.

Oh wait, I forgot about KL-E-0. Liked it's/her voice acting too, had more personality than most of the human characters.

The worst has got to be the male Sole Survivor. I can't for the life of me understand how he got the role. It's not even so much his lack of talent that irritates me about his performance as it is his lack of effort. He so obviously didn't give a shit about his character or the story (granted, it's hard to disagree with him, but he's supposed to be a professional), and it really showed with how he yawned his way through his lines.

By the same token, I'd say the best is the female Sole Survivor. Her lines were ridiculous, but she clearly did her best to inject some personality and character into them, and it's hard not to respect that kind of effort.

Best Voice Actor/Actress: Piper (her lines are bad, but the voice acting of those lines is good).
Worse Voice: Male protagonist (Sole Survivor)

Imagine if Commander Shepherd's voice actor was as bad as the protagonist of Fallout 4.

After seeing the male sole survivors VA completely butcher Aradesh's dialogue from FO1 I lost all hope for the character in game, and I was right. His voice acting is fucking terrible, so boring and bland. The female VA wasn't all that bad though, glad I switched during the beginning.

Where did he do that, and do I really want to see that?
