does that sound to you like an upcoming fallout franchise?
that sounds pretty bad, like they are planning on squeezing the last good drops that remained in the originals.

And a bad one. The plural 'games' is there because it's about morrowind and fallout, that's two, hence plural.


That said, I consider this to be a good sign. Because this posting means they're going to go for two different development teams, because they ask for Morrowind or Fallout knowledge, not both. The fact that they want people with Fallout knowledge suggests they are not taking the job of creating a Fallout game true to canon lightly, and the fact that they are hiring at all shows that they are willing to put a considerable amount of investment into it. Also the part where Games Programmer requires a Bachlor of Science is hopeful, since that means they're looking for high quality people, and the fact that they mention PC and console games is then a minor downside, alhough this means it'll at the very least be released on PC, it also means it'll be tailored to the needs of consoles, methinks.

And how exactly does one port a isographic in-depth RPG to a console, and sell any copies to the l33t kiddies out there? True, I am being overly pessimistic (if that's possible when it comes to FO) and it is too soon to speculate, but this still bodes ill for Fallout, imo.

And yes, the fact that they ARE hiring is good, shows they don't intend on using the team from marrowind on the fallout game.Also, murdoch, give up already on the hopes of getting an Iso/TB game, that won't happen.
