BioShock E-3 Video

Least Ken Levine isn't saying that it's anything other than an FPS.

Just an FPS with attention to details.


And a good story.
 
i like the style of it.

and i lovvve tactical fps games, and it looks like its got an emphasis on tactical gameplay.
 
The combat in BioShock always looks a bit messy to me. I'm not much of an FPS player, and the only ones I play are the ones in which I determine the pace.

Like how he made a little personal safehouse out of that area, though. Full of stuff he can use to defend himself. Neat.
 
i'm pretty sure i'll like Bioshock.

sure it is an FPS, but with a good story and a nice environment. i'm a little bothered by the potential linearity, but hey, it IS an FPS afterall.
 
I can not picture myself playing Bioshock without cheats. The combat is way too hectic. I don't like getting attacked by 3-4-5 creeps at the same time, having to choose from a wide variety of weapons without having ample time to ponder about my tactics.
Shit like that drives me nuts.
But it looks impressive, though, gotta hand you that.
 
Throwing flaming corpses around?! Cycloning enemies into proximity mines?! YES!!!

I'm killing a little sister as soon as I install this game to my hard drive. Fuck kids. I need my adam fix.
 
Unfortunately, they've made little sisters invincible.

You do have to choose between sacrificing them for Adam or helping them to regain their humanity.

LOL, yeah, it's definitely going to be an interesting game.

While it may be thought of as strictly an FPS, it's got that System Shock feel that appeals to me.
