I found some industrial ambient music and else that fit to game.
Now search someone who able convert wav to acm format.
Write here or PM me if someone can do this.

Ok but got question acm music will be smaller than wav?
i convert 5mb mp3 to wav and this enlarge to 44mb

When you convert the wav to acm remember to adjust the pitch and amplification... I use the program soundpad to do this you cab get it here

When you go to convert wav to acm use this program, its real easy!

You will have to put the amplification down by 1/2 because the fallout tunes are quit and you dont want your music blaring while everything else is quite... And you will have to put the pitch down or up by 50% (cant remember which 1) to make the song play at the right speed

Also I would convert the song to 16bit mono 22.05khz quality because thats what the songs in the game are... you can do all this with the program soundpad (adjust amplification, pitch, quality)

Ok i made it, sound nice maybe too amplify but i fix this.

Now got the problem- how music put into game.
Yesterday i listen full 5CD and think "Bad Sector" music can fit (some darkwave)
 
Hmm... about the bad sector thing I dont know but you can put music file in game by opening your fallout2 folder then data, sound, music... in the music folder put it in there... I just replaced the old acm music file with my new music file by swaping names

Make sure you listen to the fallout 2 music to make sure your amplification is right :)

due to the fact that the sounds wood have been added b 4 now?
 
I noticed you put me under assistance on your site :) I like to tamper with audio a little but what I really do good is weapons! I can do anything with weapons (make sweet gun pics, change all attributes, name, info... ect) I am making a weapons mod myself for f2, but I just got new hd's and and am still in the process of getting my crap together so it wont be done for awile...

But if you need any weapons modding help I am offering my assistance... if you need any :)

P.S I would post my screenshots but I dont wanna spead my stuff all in your mod forum. Plus I can never get a dam nma forums account! I tried so many times (in also different email providers other than my own) to get it running and they never reply with my activation email, so I cant make a account which really pisses me off because there is so many times Ive wanted to post to help others on different forums and I cant even post! *takes a deep breathe* GARAAR!

give me the sounds like this ex riflesingle1, riflesingle2 ect or I will get confused :)

there are 2 single modes and 2 burst modes and a reload and load sound for each weapon :)
 
It kinda sounds like Mike Oldfield...
But the funny thing is, I always associate music like this with Mike Oldfield but when I was listening through my 600+Mb MO collection recently I couldn't find one song that would fit Fallout...
Strange, huh?

Heh no i dont think is MO i found this searching ambient, but this must got something specific name, maybe country ambient? dont known.. The same style was in some depeche mode songs.
