[Black Steel] favourite music

I dont know the specific name but its ambient with no voice... search for more music by that group (art of infinity) and see what it says about the catagory of music type...

You know the fallout 2 music was composed by awesome band... I used to know the name of the band but I forgot! I am kicking myself in the ass to for it too... Ill try to find out again if you want :)
 
Hi. I believe the best music that can go over Fallout is ambient music. Any music that takes up too much of the player's attention and removes the feel of the Fallout atmosphere from the game will not fit, and that is most types of music. I imagine there might be some good Industrial music as well as Experimental Electronica that would fit into certain scenes but for me, ambient is the way to go.
 
Is there a Way I can post my Mp3? I think it is the perfect sound for such a modification

I did not make it but the Creator refuses to title or acknownledge it so I gave it a name and take credit for it.
Please tell me how to send it to you. I really like it, it is very Dark.
 
I see and no it isn't very ambient but I do believe it has a place like say the "Main Menu" or maybe in some abandoned metropolis that has a club that is still active.
 
You should do the game with music from techno-genres as GOA and TRIBAL.

Goa is for an example 'Infected Mushrooms' - scary, psychedelic ínstrumentals.

Tribal is.. well, tribal drums in up-tempo, like the music in Arroyo and so on

Hehe - thats most certainly not danish :) it's noobish 1337 speak :)

btw, goa and tribal is definatly the way to go - with a twist of dark and ambient. You might just be able to use some old jazz or blues - just dont pick something with dominant sounds such as blazers (trompets and so on) or guitar - stick to drum n' bass - maybe some undertoned, dusty piano.
