Should there be books for every skill?
What would they be named?

Vampire:bloodlines had a good system for books but the books looks the same and two books that was similar benefitted you both. Fallout books must be made to have the feel of the setting, be rare, and diverse, no two smallgun magazines alike.

Also non skill, non quest books would add flavor, like the cats paw, that was a quest item but, needed not to be, wasn't there cats paw in FO1 too?

Just one copy, IIRC, and the description was something diffrent. Something along the lines of 'you have no idea what this is'.

In other words they espoused the virture of information-hoarding/sharing displayed by Farnham in "Farnham's Freehold". Yes you couldn't read the book, but it answered the Lazarus Plus' initial question. So Nyah. :P
