BOS = Facist?

I liked it, but I didn't find it anywhere near as good as FO1+2. It's a good time killer really, nothing more.
 
i liked it also it was a good squad based game with a fallout bent

it did seem fascist ...ie the only nice ending to mutants was when the player sacrificed him/herself as previously stated

but it did say the new brotherhood would meet the "old" as a different story or something like that

personally i liked the old brotherhood you had to prove yourself to get the stuff not ..."here tribal here have this lasrifel"
 
I liked tactics. Sure it wasn't on the same plane as the RPGs but hey, it wasn't too bad, especially when compared to FOBOS*shudder*. I would also have to agree with the russian army thing. The Midwest BOS policy is like empire building, but instead of "join us or die" its "join us cause we have air conditioning!*


*Membership also includes mandary military service and compliance with all BOS regulations.

and if you are hostile then they just shoot you, like any other empire.
 
Someone said they are just doing what they can to survive in a desolate future..

If I had choice..I'd join a military group like the BOS...it would be your best bet...better than living in some mud hut chewing on rad scorp jerky...

I also loved Tactics...Tough Guy is the only way to play it
