Why? After the fall, God did nothing to stop Caine from slaughtering Able, as it was Caine's descision to do evil. It is not God's duty to smite all evil in the world, but to provide for those who work against evil after they shed thier mortal selves. It's actually kind of moronic, in a funny way, the notion that this guy 'disproves' God.
 
So, the choices fall to either:
A) There is no God
or:
B) God is a cunt *

Actually, I can think of a well known phrase from the bible that supports B. "God created man in His own image". :P

For the record, I don't think you can prove it either way, but the notion of a God figure is rather far fetched to me, but that's probably because of my areligious upbringing.
