Can't Seem To Encounter Mantis' With TeamX Fallout 1 Patches

Quick note after looking into this problem: any terrain type has it's own mantis' encounter. You can't encounter mantis' with 1.3 patch in mountains but it leaves you city, coast and desert. ;)

PS We already removed Lance from patch for the next relese.
