I have not bought DLC yet, doubt I'll start now.

Oh and for clarity:

What I want is that M$ quits with this 'Exclusive on Xbox' crap.

Their product, their choice. Be unhappy about it all you will. Unless you're willing to not buy the DLC once it's ported your unhappiness is meaningless to everyone involved.

Could be different this time because FNV uses Steam instead of GfWL like FO3.

Anyway, so who is this Ulysses guy? What was he supposed to be like? Can I see the card he was on?

There is "VSpawnSpecialLegionRecruit01Ulysess" up to 03 in the game files. He doesn't really look like on the card (the hair), clothes are none like on the image too. A few general dialogue lines do exist, but nothing worth mentioning. Don't know if these are not general legion recruit lines tho'

"By Kai-zar, you're walking a fine line."

Greeting messages for sure look like general recruit text.

Funny that the companion they cut was the only black one.

Checked it out more. The four NPCs are the four legion NPCs that attack a caravan at one point of the game. I saw them already two times.. the caravan kills all of them.

Could be possible that the player would have met the companion in or after this scene.

Always nice to see another MCA interview. Ulysses seems to me like a post-apocalyptic version of Captain America which would be pretty cool to see.
