From reading the reviews I got the impression that the hillbillies are the tribals.

Hillbillies are the "Hillfolk", tribals are something else.

By looking at that it reminds me how awesome the death animations have been compared to Fallout 3. I mean if you leave the "pure" graphic aside, just the animations only kick ass.
