Desslock gives Fallout 3 some grades

All those notes are stupid. Look at the first point, he doesn't say anything good about the combat system, barely says anything about it. Instead he expresses some concerns. Still, he gives B- because he's optimistic.

Yes he does, he describes how it works and stuff. I didn't transcribe it all, that'd be copyright fraud

Ah, ok. I wanted to read it all but there is no link.

You'll have to buy PC Gamer if you want to read it all. It's just one column, though, not a full article. The gist of it is here.

A mysterious agency began forwarding any scans posted by us to the legal department of the magazine from which the scans originated. Needless to say, this causes some amount of trouble, and forces the scans to be removed anyway.
they have to give GStaff something to do all day.

I'm glad he has concerns about the combat.

I'm kind of concerned about the general structure of the game. Sounds like most of the game play is the same as Oblivion's. Get quest, go clear 'dungeon', grab next quest, rinse, repeat.

Sorry..Pipboy2000 keeps fucking with my head...I see his av, and I forget all I've been indoctrinated with...

Anyway, yes, buy PCG, they have an excellent preview for Far Cry 2, which sounds amazazing.

the father device sounds like the whole basis for the game, and that's what concerns me the most i guess. Becaus as it is, it sounds pretty forced and 'blah blah blah YOUR FATHER' plots are generally always pretty poor and cliched.
