That's one hell of a bad name they chose there....
As for the new Deus Ex - I've given up on it already. It clearly isn't being developed with the original Deus Ex fans in mind, but rather focuses on console people, who are notorious for lack of patience in areas like story and character development...

probably, i usually try not to get excited about remakes especially classics, waiting for the reviews usually shows favor on my pocket
still consul its not not necessary means that its a dud, take thief 3 for example the atmosphere and few gameplay elements wasnt as good as in the second one (especially if you played on low end system) but it had a few moments like the asylum.

Which then leads to the obvious - if my l33tsp34k is up to date then is a stand in for A, not E, so the game is actually Thiaf? That's not a sequel or a reboot, that's a whole new game...

well the last part somewhat reminds me to Ghost in the Shell (and a lot about the cyberntic implants as well) which has not to be a bad thing though. We have to wait and see if they tell the truth and want to stay true in the core of Deus Ex and its very adult and inteligent story or just go for the casual action loving gamer with a bit dialogue here and there so you can call it a "RPG" and "Frist person/third person shooter" at the same time catching 2 consumers.
