Interesting. Well my current Associate's i'm working on is graphic web design, so woohoo for me :P

No game design at work :ugly: Got hired as a frontend developer (web/programming/etc.) for this: http://www.gameglobe.com/
And havent really had time to do it as a hobby for a few years it seesms :| but will be trying to get into it a bit more, now that my contract's permanent and life's a bit more stable.

as for salaries, i would imagine it depends on the company, your skill and experience + the country youre working in...

My Avatar isn't from any game. It's just something I mocked up to look like a Wasteland Portrait, so you were right both in that it looks like Wasteland, and that it isn't.
