Does Fallout 2 RP Contain Malware?

I uploaded the file restore_old_lenny.exe to VirusTotal and it said 3 engines detected malware in the file. My Webroot didn't say anything though... Is this a false positive? Or should I uninstall this Mod?

Did you download it from some brightly colored website with blinking boob-gifs and pulsating penises? If so, I'd caution against installing it.
If you found it here, though, it very likely is a false positive.
