Little new there bro. Bethesda has always had a huge furry following and we knew the moment they were going to make a Fallout, that these furries would find a way into the franchise. At least Bethesda didn't fall to the temptation of making a furry race in the Fallout universe.

Man some of those images would make for hilarious avs, if my av weren't already suspiciously Fallout themed.

What the... this is a thing?

Edit:
They're offering free bacon:

"It's back! We're offering free bacon with registration. Register, show up at Opening Ceremonies and claim your prize!"

Maybe I am wrong with this as I am not sure. But Maybe it has not that much to do with Bethesda as one might think. Yeah. Sure it takes a lot of Fallout 3. But maybe it is simply a theme ? Obviously the furry community likes many of the Bethesda games. As said forgive me if I am wrong but I never had the feeling it was like "they tried to find a way in it". Particularly as the Furr community is not a homo-gene mass just as NMA is not a entity which all hates/dislikes Bethesda.

yeah yeah.

Because anything else is sane right ? Pot smokers. I will never understand their retarded culture

See. It is very easy to simply throw/lump all together.

Please restate this as I do not understand what you're trying to say or ask.

I will try it ...

What I want is to ask you something. How do you assume "... and we knew the moment they were going to make a Fallout, that these furries would find a way into the franchise" as I can't find anything about that in the link Ah-Teen has posted.

I think the "Bethesda Furry Fan Base" and the "Furry Con" might not be THAT close to each. But It is just speculation from my side. Not something I know. Hence why I am curious.

As said. They could simply use Fallout 3 as theme. Like lets say "Halloween" or something.

We never had a major furry subset before (basically just Tagaziel and we tend to ignore his more dubious tendencies). However, those of us familiar with TES and Bethesda knew they had a large and - more importantly - active furry following. Mods all over the place. When Bethesda was going to make Fallout, one of the things I assumed was that the furry community would embrace Fallout as well. And they have. It is simple deductive reasoning. I have no proof, if that's what you're looking for.

Then I probably have simply misunderstood your reasoning. I just had the feeling there was some kind of negative undertone like a fear the "Furries" might have taken over Fallout in some way and Bethesda in love of their fanbase including a talking death claw race again for example. I apologize for any confusion.

I mean not that I want to defend Bethesda or something. Particularly as I doubt that they care more about their Fanbase compared to any "Fallout fanbase". One thing that I realized when reading about the people which have been very disappointed about the way Bethesda designed the feet of the beast races for example. Not to mention other rather smaller details (for example Argonians have usually no tits as the Lizard race they are ...)

For Oblivion it's kind of true. Khajit changed quite a lot under their pants... In fact, Bethesda simply took the human skeletton and put a furry model over it, while in Morrowind the Khajit still had own walking animations and more animal-like legs.

But as far as my TES lore expertise reaches, it's at least somehow explained. If I remember correct, there are different sub-races of them and depending on in what moon-time they are born, they are either very much like an animal or only a bit or not at all (except the fur and catface).

It actually has been around the furries for longer than bethesda. But it exploded once fallout 3 came out. I remember jumping up and down when I found a bunch of furries in vault dweller suits.

(please note the date)

I've met several furries that loved the original games. A lot that enjoyed tactics because of the furryclaws. I'm sure even more would have loved f1 if the raccoons had been left in.

If you're looking to the population of NMA you aren't going to find many because most furries are too pussy to survive you bastards :P

I sit around and play video games in my underwear in the middle of the night so I can't really complain if someone wants to wear a tail while having sex.
