It Wandered In From the Wastes
I've decided to post this because many people i see are doing good drawings but their not getting the anatomy or the fine details right. Even sometimes going back to the basics will help your overall drawing skills so heres (in my opinion) the cleanest and the best set of tutorials, done by my good friend Patrick Shettlesworth.
Heres the contents webpage, i advise you to start simple! he does cover some quite advanced stuff but you should start with the basics e.g. hands, feet, poses before you get into fighting angles and gun flares.

Heres a few examples of some of his tutorial drawings, just to get you started.
this one was just an example of foreshortening. its quite basic.
showing the buildup of the female head (front).
using simple stick figures to start with, you can build up your pictures (anatomically correclty) into this:
And last but not least he also gives an example of how to use camera angles to depict action (in this case its a few story boards)
Hope this has been helpful! I went through all of these tutorials some time back and found them extremely good in building up the skills i needed to draw with confidence. It also gives you a better opportunity to focus on the creative side, not worry about 'oh did i get the hair right, is his left arm long enough, his feet dont look right etc etc). cheers.
