Experimental AI Powers Robot Army

Why cant they just have the robots recieve there orders, not from a billion dollar produced AI, but instead the PC typings and clickings of gamers around the world? Ya know like in the movie "Toys"?

Probably the reason the military wont fund it is due to the high amount of team-killers and griefers and such.
