Uhm, you don't need decades of game design experience in order to be able to point out the flaws behind certain concepts.
PS: Yes, there's an "unless", but I said that if they did that it wouldn't be an MMORPG anymore so it'd be pointless to claim you can make an MMORPG with all that.
You cannot make an MMORPG which restricts player interaction to a limit and provides an ongoing person-focussed storyline and roleplaying setting simply because that's not an MMORPG anymore. MMORPGs are called "Massively Multiplayer" because there are a lot of interacting players and it bears that in its name because player interaction typically is the development focus.
If you take that element you get an Online RPG and that's got nothing to do with MMORPGs.
