I can honestly say it's thanks to TV and games not being dubbed that I'm fairly good at english.
I started playing computer games before I was even 10, and complicated ones at that. I remember playing the first Larry, constantly looking up words in a dictionary (I learned a lot of swear words very early on, obviously). the wonderful part is that my parents always encouraged it and in no way tried to keep me away from such things.
I'm Swedish btw.

No way will the japanese voice overs be better.The reason being that this game was made in english.The reason alot of people consider anime japanese voices better is because they were originally made in japanese and the voices fit alot better.Not the case with this game

It doesn't really work that way. If a local publisher takes a more professional approach than Bethesda tends to to VO work, the localization might well be superior to the original.

I doubt it. They did have one tour that the journo returned from with 150 photos of the game, but other than that I think their blitz is mostly US-centric, with Europe getting constant second pickings (always twice for demo tours, always GC after E3)
