I'll write it again for all with different language Versions:

Rename your data\text folder called English into German or what ever language you may have.
You'll have mostly english dialogs and german(or other) voices after that, but thats how it's supposed to be.

Kill them hard, kill them fast. 8-)

However I only killed three of them aswell, and it would appear someone got away, but I was still able to talk to the 'Mom' and she was satishfied with the result
 
I did chase them all out, but I can't remember how many I killed, if any.
I could not talk to Mom afterwards, so I wonder what the exact criteria is for completing this one.

Version 1.1 has been released. Please grab it from the new thread here.

Please post all new bug reports to it and any gameplay related questions should go to the new gameplay thread.

This thread will remain as reference.

Hope there is an solution for the Problem because I love Fallout and was overjoyed when I heared this mod to come out.

Rename the text folder to German instead of english.
\BlackIsle\Fallout2\data\Text\English
You'll get a mix of german and english but it should at least work now.
I've heard that the guys here:
www.falloutnow.de
are working on getting the new stuff translated to german.

I restarted the game and I still don't understand how to take care of the Primitive Tribe shaman's problem... I have combed the village during the night and nothing still. I even tried using healing powder on him so that maybe by lowering his perception i could help him get over his paranoia... Can anyone tell me exactly (maybe even through pm) how to solve this goddamn quest?
 
Primitive tribe

Hey:-P Good project;) I have a problem, I am in Primitive tribe and some warrior wants some weapons. Does anybody know which weapons and how many? It´ s not in PIP boy:( I think it´s knives and something... :) And...is some special place where I can find them?:) So, if you could help me....:)

If you haven't upgraded to 1.1 yet, I highly suggest to. As for you question, please ask it in the restoration project gameplay thread. The thread you just posted in is here for reference now that 1.1 is out and the 1.1 thread is strictly for bug reports.
 
I spoke with Shaman. At midnight infront of tent is ghost. I spoke with ghost, then with Shaman and done:) Someone wrote here , that maybe you should see the dead body at woodland.

He wants 10 regular knife and 5 regular spear, and you can find them anywhere

This is likely from the AP damage fix mod part of the install (you probably clicked it when installing, like I did).
To test, edit the ddraw.ini file and go to the end and change DamageFormula=1 to DamageFormula=0 and see if that fixes.
Tks for the answer but there is no line "DamageFormula" in my ddraw.ini ??? :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

Try to modify fallout2.cfg and put language=english

Anyone knows how to solve the Shaman's problem in the primitive tribe? I wait till midnight but i dont see any ghost outside his tent
 
Somehow, I got lost as to what to do to expose a guy named Chad in Broken Hills. Is there really something complicated there, or am I just missing something that's really "right on the surface"?

Bug report: i have the bonus move perk, and when in combat mode quick save - quick load and i can bonus move again - so this way i can move infinetly if i want to
