Found a thread on another forum from the guy who did that test art called "raider".

Theres a full body image I think I couldnt find on the deviant art profile.

Add: He did get hired right? Hope he spends more time on the textures for final stuff... still, this was intended to show he was good.

Yes, he got hired. He worked a bit on Knights of the Nine (designed some sort of statue-monster or somesuch).

Also, completely the wrong forum.

Thanks for the tip. He already worked on the expansion and other stuff from Oblivion, and no doubt will (or already has) work on Fallout3.
