Fallout 3 DLC Buyer's Guide

Does anyone think a 12-year-old ( Beth’s target group) would know the difference between Asian cultures?
Chinese, Japanese, Korean is all Asian to them.
To be fair, I'd be surprised if a sizable chunk of adult Americans knew the difference, it's not like America makes any effort to learn about, let alone understand, foreign cultures. The Daily Show had an amusing segment on such.

And don´t forget there are around 2000(!) different kanji symbols used in Japanese.
I haven't gotten around to taking a kanji class yet but I had heard that there were over 6000 different kanji symbols.

Yeah but you don't need to learn phonics or spelling in Japanese. My daughter has learned to read in hiragana before english.
Indeed and it's quite nice. The Japanese just need to decide to eliminate the use of kanji so as to simplify their language for themselves and outsiders. That said, I don't see it happening any time in the near future.

Would be more amusing if one doesn't automatically release that almost anywhere in the world people know more about the US than about Iran, and can more easily name cities and past presidents of the US than those of Iran. That's no fault of the 'merican ignorance.

"Our hosts" and "asinine" in the same sentence. Hrm.

Sure. We don't really care that they're our host (and in a rather oblique way, UGO is actually the network that our host site, Atomic Gamer, is a part of) when it comes to commenting on something they write. UGO and AG aren't the worst gaming sites out there by a mile, but when they're stupid, they're stupid, just like anyone else.

Our hosts at AG don't care what we do as long as we keep illegal stuff out. The only feedback I ever got from UGO was a comment from one of their dudes, who is a big fan of NMA's honesty.
